Accident Reconstruction Videos

These depictions were used against property owners of a major shopping mall and a maintenance company that failed to follow OSHA safety requirements, resulting in severe and permanent injuries to our client.

This computer depiction was created for use in a recent semi-truck crash which caused two deaths. It demonstrates the power of computer animation technology in explaining how an accident occurred–and most importantly why it should have been prevented–thus allowing a jury to assess fault on the culpable party and render a fair verdict for our clients.

At Kenneth J. Allen & Associates we use every technological tool available to obtain complete justice for our clients. This video shows an example of the type of work we do at our firm, which not only benefits our clients but ultimately encourages public safety by holding negligent trucking companies responsible for their carelessness.

This computer depiction was created for use in a case against the manufacturer of a coil-slitting machine which crushed a worker who was sent to retrieve a part which fell off the machine. The case was successful in two respects: First, the worker received full and fair compensation for his injuries, which allowed him to return to college and embark on a new and more promising career path. Second, but equally important, the manufacturer incorporated many of the changes we suggested, redesigning its equipment to prevent this kind of injury from reoccurring.

At Kenneth J. Allen & Associates we do not accept every case--in fact, we decline over 90% of those who seek to retain us. We strive to focus on those cases which can make a positive difference, both for our clients and public safety in general. This video shows an example of the type of work we do at our firm for the benefit of our clients as well as public safety.
