Jeffrey J. Kroll

For 35 years, award winning trial attorney, and founding partner of Kaveny + Kroll, LLC, Jeffrey J. Kroll, has represented injured victims and deceased family members in various areas of Tort Law, such as Trucking Law, Car Accidents, Premises Liability, and various Class Actions involving Personal Injury.  Kroll, alone, has obtained over $570 million dollars in verdicts and settlements, including the record breaking $148,000,000 verdict on behalf of a dancer, when a shelter collapsed at O’Hare Airport. Kroll gained the national spotlight with this case and others as he has obtained verdicts or settlements on over 85 occasions where the results have exceeded a million dollars and 8 cases in which the recovery exceeded 10 million dollars. Kroll has also published over 150 articles for lawyers and has lectured on more than 180 occasions in 25 different states.
